Please note,
- To receive the rights granted to you by virtue of a marriage or couple relationship, you must be registered with the Ministry of Interior as married or registered with the National Insurance as a common law couple.
- We specifically address the trans community in relation to disability pension, but also rights related to relationship and parenthood (of common law couple or people registered as married with the Ministry of Interior) and relevant to members of the trans community.
