Last year, I received unemployment benefits. I returned to work and now my employer sent me on unpaid leave. Am I entitled to unemployment benefit?

You have to provide us with an employer certificate regarding your departure on unpaid leave. You can ask your employer to send us a Form 100 on which is updated the date of departure on unpaid leave.

Unemployment benefit will be paid to you automatically until 16.8.2020, and you are not required to submit another claim for unemployment benefit, only to register on the Employment Service website.

Please note that eligibility for unemployment benefit is given if the period of unpaid leave is 30 days or more.
