If I received unemployment benefits, worked, then was sent on unpaid leave. Will I receive unemployment benefit again?


Eligibility for unemployment benefit is granted to those who were sent on unpaid leave for 30 days or more.

If you have received unemployment benefits last year, and your unemployment year has not yet ended – and you have not used up all your unemployment days, you can resume receiving unemployment benefits for the days of unemployment that you have left. You are not required to submit an additional claim for unemployment benefit, just register online on the Employment Service website. If you ran out of unemployment after 1.3.20, we will extend the payment of unemployment benefits automatically until 30.4.20.

If a year has passed from the day you started receiving unemployment benefits – you must submit a new a claim for unemployment benefit  online on the website
