Towing services


A person with limited mobility who purchased a vehicle by means of a standing loan, and who is receiving a mobility allowance is entitled to towing services without a replacement vehicle.

The National Insurance Institute reports on entitlement to the towing company at the beginning of every quarter-year.
If you need towing services but the National Insurance Institute has yet to pass on your information to the towing company, inform the towing company that you purchased the vehicle by means of a standing loan from the National Insurance Institute. You will be requested to give the company a check for guarantee purposes only; the company will clarify with the NII that you are entitled to towing services, and will not cash the check.

As of February 11, 2022, the towing company providing this coverage will be "Memci" instead of "Zebra". The telephone number of the call center for towing services is *5202.
