The NII rehabilitation officer will counsel you on selecting a training and employment program after having talked with you and understood your ambitions, skills and limitations. If necessary, the rehabilitation officer will consult with physicians, psychologists and other rehabilitation experts, or with vocation diagnostic and orientation services. All that in order to help you go back and integrate, as soon as possible, into the job market. Upond completion of the learning period, the rehabilitation officer will also help you with job placement.
