An orphan asking to receive a financial aid for studies abroad - needs to provide us with a certificate of acceptance as student in studies in the field of his or her chosen profession, in an establishment recognized by Israeli authorities.
The certificate can be sent to the Rehabilitation Service of the handling branch by means of the document delivery service on the website.
Conditions of entitlement
The aid for abroad studies will be subject to the conditions and verifications conducted with respect to students studying in higher education establishment in Israel.
Please note that preparatory studies designed to be accepted in an academic establishment outside of Israel will not be approved.
Amount of financing
The financing will be in Israeli currency, in amounts commonly given in the State of Israel and for common study period in comparable academic establishment in Israel.
