Rights of employees whose employer is in insolvency proceedings


​The calculator is intended to be used by a salaried employee whose employer is subject to a liquidation order/bankruptcy order issued by a Regional Tribunal.

Please note,

  • The values shown at the end of the process are maximum values and it is not possible, under the law and the jurisprudence, to file a claim for a sum above those maximum amounts.
  • In case remaining days to which you are entitled are below the maximum allowed for a claim under the law, the number of days accrued must be calculated.
  • This matter is determined and ruled by the decision of the claims officer of the National Insurance Institute.
