  • Telephone appointment scheduled advance: to make an appointment, call the *6050 call center or +972-8-936669 for international calls.
  • Providing documents in the service box located inside or outside your local branches. Branch staff will transfer your inquiries to the International Affairs Division.
    Please note, the International Affairs Division does not provide front desk public reception anymore. You can schedule in advance a telephone appointment.

Public reception at branches

At branches of the National Insurance, one can get assistance in filling out a forms relate to international conventions in different languages, by means of Counseling Service For the Elderly and their Families.

To schedule an appointment in advance, please call the phone support and information center for the elderly and their families at *9696 or 02-6463400. Telephone response is also available in Hebrew and Russian.
