We are in the midst of a difficult and painful war, during which National Insurance employees are here for you and working to maintain the economic and social security of residents.

In order to support and assist you, the National Insurance Institute has established two helplines for you:

1. A psychological support helpline 

A professional service that is available to anyone who recognizes themselves as suffering from PTSD - 24/7 - *3362, ext. 2, for post-traumatic stress disorder victims in collaboration with the "Natal" association.

The helpline operates 24 hours a day and provides psychological support, assistance and guidance to those experiencing it.
You can either call anonymously or identify yourself.

2. Helpline for information and take-up of rights 
for families of hostages and victims of hostile actions 02-6269999

The line operates Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00.

For any other matter, you can contact us through the call center *6050, chat with human representative, or by an online inquiry on the website.
