The mobility disabled who purchased a car by means of a standing loan and is a "car owner" benefit recipient, will receive by mail a new Claim Form for Vehicle Replacement two months prior to his actual entitlement to a vehicle replacement benefit.
Please note,
Those who have received by mail the aforesaid claim form for vehicle replacement are not actually obliged to replace their car. They can, at their discretion, decide whether to submit the claim now or later when replacing their car will suit them better.
