The deceased held survivors’ insurance at the time of his death


Insured by survivors’ insurance: Israeli resident age 18 and over.

If he was not born in Israel – he is insured by survivors' insurance, provided that he first immigrated to Israel before reaching age 60-62,  as specified in the following table:

A person who first immigrated to Israel after the age specified in the above table is not covered in survivors' insurance, but his widow and the orphans may be entitled to a special survivors' benefit.
