How to submit the claim

​The claim for an income supplement and required documents can be submitted as follows:

• Fill out an online claim and send it together with additional documents to a branch directly.
• Fil out a claim by hand and send it together with additional documents through the website's document sending service.
• Submit the claim and documents by mail, by fax, or in the service box of your local branch.

Please note that the income supplement is paid for up to 6 months retroactively preceding the month in which the claim was submitted, but no earlier than the month in which the death occurred.
