The law defines rights
for citizens who submit claims against the NII through citizens’ rights organizations,
lawyers, tax consultants or accountants (hereafter: "the representatives"). This
applies to claims for the following benefits: general disability, work
injury, attendance allowance, mobility, disabled child, compensation for
volunteers, rehabilitation, victims of ringworm and polio.
The law defines maximum
amounts that representatives are permitted to charge citizens for the services
they provide. It also determines how
such fees are to be collected.
