Paralysed persons suffering from paraplegia or quadriplegia with a special disability level of 100% are entitled to a one-time grant for purchasing a car cellular phone, in the amount of 50% of the cost of the phone (but no more than NIS 1,298).
To receive this benefit, please contact the rehabilitation department at your local NII branch and present a tax invoice and receipt.
