Persons with a special degree of disability of 100% who are working or who have retired early and who do not receive an old-age pension from the National Insurance Institute may be entitled to participation at a rate of 75% of their health insurance contributions.
To take up this benefit, one must contact the Rehabilitation Department of the National Insurance Institute, 13 Weizman Blvd, every year, attaching wage slips or pension slips for April of that year.
