Disabled persons are entitled to an arrangement at a nursing house whenever environmental, family or social conditions prevail that do not allow the him to remain at his natural environment, subject to the following conditions:

The need for a nursing house results from the recognised disability.

A disability level of at least 50% for a stability and mobility disability.

Persons with a disability of 100% who have contracted a certain disease not related to their recognised disability.
Applications for an arrangement at a nursing house should be submitted to the local NII branch.
