Contribution towards telephone and telephone expenses

Persons with a disability level of 100% (who receive a monthly benefit) are entitled to a contribution to their phone bill as specified in the table below:

In addition, these disabled persons are entitled to participation at the rate of 50% in their telephone bills and in the cost of installing or transferring their telephone.

How to obtain the participation?

• The participation in the phone bill is paid together with the monthly benefit.
• To obtain a refund of the cost of installing a phone, please contact the head office at the NII – Victims of Hostilities Department, 217 Jaffa street, Jerusalem, attaching the original receipt from the installing company.
